To meet increased demand for more complex and highly technical outsourced Accounting Services' engagements, JPB Accounting Services (JPBAS), has created a new senior position of Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). Appointed as CAO is Fred Shaw, CPA and a former partner for KPMG, who possesses in-depth technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and is thoroughly experienced in managing and leading complex Chief Financial Officer outsourcing assignments.
In addition, as CAO, Fred will serve as JPB Enterprises' (JPBE) resident expert on technical and complex accounting matters involving JPBE's portfolio companies, as well as guide the technical aspects of accounting services for JPBAS' clients and continue to serve as Director on various Company Boards. Fred will report to Jay Jang, CEO of JPB Outsourcing Services
