Software Company for the Insurance Industry

We provide full bookkeeping, accounting and controllership/CFO services to this software development company. Included in these services are billing, bill paying, presentation of financial statements, analysis, budgets and forecasts, participation in strategic planning, and cash management. We provide all of this remotely and host their company accounting files. In addition, during the first year, by implementing changes in the way they manage cash, we saved them over $100,000 in bank fees annually.

Customized Exhibit Company in the Marketing Industry

We provide high level controllership and CFO services to this company with cash management, operational accounting review, implementation of procedures and processes, month and year end closes, and being the primary point of contact with the auditors. During our engagement, we discovered accounting irregularities which enabled the recent buyer of the company to successfully submit a claim for over $2 million against the seller, a claim which was subsequently paid.

Regional Sports Bar & Restaurant in the Food Service Industry

We provided interim controllership services to this mid-sized restaurant chain and assisted in the identification of the new controller. The engagement converted into a permanent part-time CFO engagement. In addition, we implemented several processes and procedures to improve the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial reporting, assisted in the implementation of a new strategic planning and budgeting process, and helped to develop other custom reports used to manage the operations of the individual restaurants.

Regional Class A Office Buildings

We provide bookkeeping and controllership services to this group of commercial properties. Our client is the property manager. In addition to the traditional turnkey accounting services, we collect rents, handle collections for past due tenants, perform annual analysis of operating expenses and issue bills to tenants for same, prepare budgets, and provide cash management services.
